Imparting IT training to students to gain significance in live paradigm of current technology, communication and presentation is inevitable. As a value addition our Institute offers an outstanding certification in soft skills in association with Skill craft Vocational and finishing school. This is a training programme which is organized to enhance the overall personality of the student. This program comprises various lectures by eminent technocrats on technical topics to improve the student’s knowledge on current trends in IT and can simultaneously develop good reasoning, communication, Leadership and presentation skills. It also involves various Personal interview sessions.


Profession Association
To train and improve the employable skills of our students we have a professional association with Jawahar Knowledge Center (JKC) Hyderabad. JKC is an innovative and pioneering initiative that attracts the best students from all over the state, providing them with a world class infrastructure and opportunities to apply their knowledge to the challenging problems.
This association helps our students to get industry orientation and enhance their communication and soft skills. Students focus towards their career and enhance their technical skills by performing industry related projects.

Group Discussions
All Industries are looking for all round personalities who can be molded and modified to fit into rough and tumble of corporate world. Every student needs the attributes such as decision making ability, leadership quality, pressure handling skills and logical and analytical thinking.
At PRR we regularly conduct Group Discussions to assess the candidate’s personality. GDs show a glimpse of candidate’s personality within a time frame. During the tenure in our college the professional traits of every student are polished and we prepare students for top jobs in corporate world.


Mock Interviews
Mock interviews are organized to train interview techniques and build the confidence level of students to become professionals in Industry. Software Engineers, Team Leaders and Senior System Analysts from Industries are invited to conduct technical interviews in Concepts and Current Trends in Information Technology. The Experts evaluate the students’ performance and discuss the feedback with them on one to one basis. This will enable the students to ponder more and enhance in their respective domain.
